Happy Friday!

Hope everyone has a great weekend. Today hubby took off from work so he could enjoy a day of relaxing before school starts back up on monday. We were thinking of going and getting a few movies to watch but other than that we are just hanging out. Today is payday for me so I have to go get my check and later on is trick or treat. I might do some minimal housework but nothing to major. I would definetly like to do some scrapping!

Speaking of scrapping...I haven't been having much luck with getting a layout done so I've moved on to working on cards. Christmas cards mostly....I figure with the amount that I would like to make I should get started. I've been making 4 of the same design....I usually like to make a variety of cards to send out rather than mass produce all of the same kind. I'm not entirely stuck to that idea though, if while I am playing around I come up with something I really like I will probably end up making more of that one design. Who knows with me, I just enjoying playing around to see what I can come up with. Here is one set:

Happy Friday! I'm off this weekend so that makes it even better! No big plans, no traveling plans, we were thinking of going to see my mom but this weekend she will be out of town with family. Johnny will probably be in crash mode with this being finals week, he can take a short breath before starting his LAST term!--I know, it gets tiring hear me say that over and over, lol.

Hope everyone is having a good week so far...this is my weekend off...yay for me!!!

Here are a few pics of Maddie, the last day before the weather got cold we went to the park and walked the trail. Maddie had a blast collecting leaves and playing with the catepillar!

Today I want to go pick out a pumpkin for us to carve this weekend, fun fun! Roasted pumpkin seeds, yum!

Tomorrow is Johnny's senior project presentation, let's all say a little prayer that everything goes through without any disaster. His group has worked really hard on it and from what I have heard they are doing the best out of the groups and have set the standard for what the other groups need to do. I know they will pass with everything they have done --they have to if they hope to graduate at the end of next term. Yep, He starts his LAST term next month!!! I can't believe it, its finally coming to an end, all the hard work will be paying off! (Or at least that is what I pray for!)

Hope everyone had a good weekend!

Well after last week things are starting to come back together. Without getting into details for those of you who didn't know my grandpa passed away. He was a great man and will truely be missed. Love you gramps!

The cold weather has landed ....Wednesday was the last nice day and than the cold snap hit. Brrrrr...it was in the 30's yesterday morning and today! Good football weather though, GO BUCKS!

Nothing too exciting here, even though I had the weekend off we didn't do anything. I had been feeling pretty crummy all week so I took the weekend to just chill and get my rest. It was a beautiful weekend though....I hope that the weather holds out long enough for Maddie and I to go for a walk in the park Wednesday or Thursday so I can get some good fall pics. =0)

Not sure if I have mentioned it but Maddie is officially done with pull ups! We had been putting them on her at night because she seems to enter the dead zone when she sleeps but when she ran out a few weeks ago and we didn't have the cash to get a pack we decided to see if we could get her to stay dry through the night. Its an issue I never stressed over because I know that I had a hard time with staying dry at night so who am I to talk, lol. Anywho, Maddie has been accident free at night for at least 2 weeks! Woo-Hoo Maddie!!! I spent some of my "allowance" and got her the new Ariel movie to help her celebrate. We thought that a big deal like that was definetly worth being rewarded. =0)

Princess Maddie

Just wanted to give a shout out to my wonderful mother in law Linda...she made Maddie this princess dress because she enjoys wearing princess dresses so much. This dress is beautiful isn't it?!? I still can't believe she MADE it for Maddie, what a lucky girl Maddie is!

Hello!!!

Hope everyone is having a good week, Happy Hump Day!
I've been fighting a yuck bug all week, started last week and even though I don't feel horrible I don't feel that great either, know what I mean?

Nothing to exciting going on in the Richmond house, Maddie is still being her high energy mouthy diva self, lol.

Check out this card organizer I made...everyone who knows me knows that I always have the intention of making a card for something/someone or pulling a card out of my stash to send out for something but never remember to get it out on time. I am hoping that this will help me with both areas, I really like how this came out.
