The Richmond's

The job search continues...."we" didn't get the job at the place John interviewed for but the good news in that part is they told him he did great on the skills tests it just came down to someone else having a little more experience than he did. Still a bummer but obviously it isn't what God had planned right? We aren't giving up though, of course, Johnny is still filling out applications/resumes on a daily basis and I just continue to pray everyday that we find some releif soon. When I pray I make a few selfish requests too, LOL, such as I would really like to stay here because of our church family and Maddie starting school in the fall. I know we can find a new church and I know that we can find a new school for Maddie if we have to relocate but as I said before, that is just a selfish request on my part.

And now it's time for a Maddie story....

Yesterday she was very into the thought of Spiderman and by the end of the night Spiderman was her husband. She has an imaginary husband already named Jack. I'm not sure what her infatuation is with having a husband but its funny. So I asked her last night what happened to Jack because I thought Jack was her husband and she pretty much just shrugged it off, "oh yeah, Jack, Spiderman's my husband now" I'm thinking, great, she's 5 and on her 2nd husband! LOL I was talking to a few people at work telling them about our conversation and they said to ask her if Jack and Spiderman was the same person or if she knew what happened to Jack. So tonight I asked her, what happened to Jack? She said "Jack's my husband" I said, "Well what about Spiderman?" She said in a VERY valley girl voice "Jack wears a Spiderman costume, its his job" Oh my goodness. What a mess! LOL

I've got a few projects to share, the pics I took are really crooked so as soon as I retake the pics I will post them.
